Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by participant
Free of charge cancellation of participation is possible until one week before the event, 12:00h noon. Later cancellation or in case of non-participation without sending delegate, 100 % of registration fee (incl. 20 % VAT) will be charged, to cover relevant expenses.
Cancellation by training provider
The execution of the training depends on a minimum number of registrations.
In case we should not receive a minimum number of registrations the training will be cancelled.
In such case we will contact you until one week before the event.
We kindly inform you that we won’t cover any travel expenses that occur on your side in case the training should be cancelled.
